Hello, my name is Ms. Harper the Reading Teacher at Warren Technical School.  I am certified in Language Arts, Social Studies, Curriculum and  Instruction, ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) and Reading PK-12th Grade.  I have taught over 20+ years in the DeKalb County School District at every level-Elementary, Middle and High School. It is so exciting and fulfilling to be the Reading Specialist at Warren Technical School.
